Complete Care Contract

If you're looking for the most complete care available for your large format equipment then CityBlue's Complete Care Service Contract is your solution. CityBlue's complete care contract is available with or without standard supplies for Oce large format printers and Canon large format printers (standard bond only for Canon products).

Complete Care Service Contracts include:

  • Two preventive maintenance visits per year
  • All parts, travel and labor
  • Network/phone support
  • Additional user training

Standard supplies include:

  • 20# bond paper
  • Toner
  • Developer

Preventive Maintenance Contract

CityBlue Technologies offers a cost-effective service contract option for large format equipment owners and operators - Preventive Maintenance Contracts.

Contracts include two preventive maintenance service calls per year, as well as discounted rates on travel and parts.

Preventive maintenance calls include:

  • Complete cleaning, inspection and quality check
  • Replacement of corona wires as needed
  • Adjustment of all settings to factory specifications
  • Additional user training
  • Complete service report on condition of your machine
  • Systems diagnostics and back-up of systems settings when applicable
